DiskScope Software License

Effective June 6, 2026.

Permission

Nova Labs grants the recipient a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use DiskScope on Windows computers they own or manage, subject to these terms.

Restrictions

The software may not be resold, republished as another party's download, used to operate an unauthorized mirror, reverse engineered except where applicable law expressly permits it, or presented with altered publisher information.

Updates and availability

Nova Labs may publish fixes and new versions separately. Access to one release does not guarantee perpetual hosting, support, or compatibility with future Windows versions.

Risk and responsibility

Storage analysis and deletion decisions remain the user's responsibility. Review paths carefully and maintain appropriate backups. The software is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
